ARTS/West has made it to a milestone – 10 years of bringing the arts to our community! In celebration, we are planning a 3 day extravaganza of performances, dedications, food, and visual art on August 14, 15, and 16, 2015. So mark your calendars!
If you are able and interested, we would love to have you perform, show your art, volunteer, or help provide cookies or punch!
We are asking visual artists to exhibit pieces in the facility both upstairs and down. The 1st 18 2D pieces offered will be hung in the gallery space – the rest will be in the basement on easels. 3D pieces will be in the basement only since we are unsure as to what performances will be like upstairs and are afraid to have to move art for them. The pieces downstairs will not be up longer than just the weekend event due to the inability to make them secure for the entire month.
