“Cavalcade of Castles” – A Very Visual Arts Exhibition Opening
Passion Works artists, those we so proudly serve, have asked us to invite you to their opening “Cavalcade of Castles”, A Very Visual Arts Exhibition.
Come show your support for Passion Works artists and Passion Works programming this Thursday September 13th from 5-7 pm. Passion Works Studio is located at 20 E. State Street, just behind Dale’s BP on Court Street in beautiful uptown Athens. Admission is free, donations are always welcome.
Our artists have gallantly built castles stone by stone. They have artistically slain dragons and rescued damsels in distress with handmade swords that are mightier than the pen. Colorful three dimensional art, complimented by two dimensional medieval folkloric art promises to be visually stunning and most impressive.
There will be a live performance by the Ohio University Flute Ensemble who performed exceptionally for us at a previous fundraiser. Light refreshments will be served, perhaps even Dragon Meat or Limprey Pie?
It would mean so much to the Passion Works artists if you attended our opening, our artists and our programming depend on your support. We’ll see you Thursday at Passion Works from 5-7 pm!
